As we all prepare for the holidays and New Year, we have to reflect on the amazing year Cimoroni & Company has had in 2019! It's time to start thinking about those 2020 goals, and what we want to accomplish in the future. So let's dive into some of the amazing things our talent & clients have achieved in 2019;
Mike Weir competed in 18 events across the Korn Ferry and PGA TOUR, along with assisting Ernie Els as assistant captain for the International team during the Presidents Cup. The Mike Weir Foundation launched a long-term investment in youth mental health in his native Sarnia, Ontario. Kick-starting the inaugural Mike Weir Par 3 Challenge in September where the Foundation raised $336,000 for Access Open Minds. In 2020, we will see Weirsy make his debut on the PGA TOUR, Champions as well as playing in a number of tournaments on respective tours.
Ben Mulroney had a busy year which, in addition to his eTalk and Your Morning Show work, included hosting a number of charitable events and launching a multi-year partnership as a National Spokesperson for CNIB Foundation.
In addition to his work with Rogers Sportsnet, AT&T Sportsnet, and the Pittsburgh Penguins, Colby added Season 5, Battle of the Blades to his plate. Colby was set to compete and was slide-lined to a hamstring injury which forced him to become a judge, where the audiences loved his fun-loving attitude and positivity.
Hazel Mae continues to solidify herself as one of the key faces of Sportsnet's Blue Jay baseball coverage, with her baseball knowledge and clubhouse relationships that make her compelling interviews with team players and staff. She does all this while continuing to grow her other passion, Hazel Mae Design.
Kevin Barker continued great work on Sportsnet Fan 590 with his big personality and brash insight giving audiences a fresh insider's take on baseball.
Jeff Marek continues to be an integral host and member of Sportsnet's NHL coverage, with expert insight and true passion for the history of the game.
Harnarayan Singh represents the changing faces of hockey in Canada on Hockey Night in Canada; Punjabi Edition. He is continuing his work with the Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup as a passionate ambassador for the program.
C&C has partnered with Canada's most fun, and friendly OCR series- Mud Hero! New race product innovations are coming in 2020 that everyone from the first-timer to the veteran will love.
C&C also secured Capsule Media as a new client; cloud-based media management that allows clients to securely store and manage their data using a new model of "store once, pay once."
The Flag announced new locations and will launch in 2022 with 12 courses in 6 destinations in Central and Southern Florida, Arizona, North Carolina, Nevada and Ontario.
