Location: This role will begin in a remote capacity, but it is expected to transition to a hybrid of working in-office and remotely.

Who We Need
CIMORONI needs an Assistant Coordinator (Intern) who will report to the Director, Client Strategy, while working with key contacts across the organization. Our ideal candidate will have a varied skillset that translates into their effective support across many areas of our business on a full-time basis for a 4-month period (September - December).
Position Responsibilities and Duties
Project Coordination
Collaborate with internal, external and client teams to fulfill a full suite of marketing services for CIMORONI clients
Attend and contribute to regular internal and client meetings
Record and distribute meeting notes and action items
Contribute to the preparation and ongoing maintenance of project work-back schedules and budgets
Source and evaluate external suppliers
Provide support in the development of internal and client social media content
Research & Analysis
Researching current developments in the landscape, and how they impact our organization, preparing reports for management or sales personnel
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, and communicate findings across the organization
Specific tasks including researching and drawing insights from best practices, competitors, and environmental factors
Sponsorship Sales Support
Identify and research brands and sponsorship opportunities for CIMORONI clients, both individuals and rights holders (properties)
Support in the preparing and editing of current sponsorship sales materials
Tracking sales conversations and/or partnership deliverables
Other (Reasonable) Duties
The kinds of things that inevitably come up in a small business
These duties may include updating spreadsheets, finding a way to get signed merchandise to a client on short notice, or any other wide variety of tasks
Desired Skills
Understanding of core marketing, sponsorship, and general business principles
Quick to ask questions, listen and then act

Effective communicator – written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
Team-oriented attitude, but can thrive working independently
Not satisfied with ‘good enough’
Has never said the phrase ‘that’s not my job’
