The Community Better Challenge is an annual event that gets Canadians across the country moving together.
At the conclusion of the challenge, one community will earn the top prize of $100,000 and title of being Canada’s most active. Now, more than ever, physical activity and sport participation need to be prioritized to help Canadians stay healthy in mind, body, and community spirit.
Canadians are prioritizing social connection right now, but with limited access to gyms means physical activity has fallen by the wayside for many people.
